Papaya Salad

Breakfast today was sausage, toast with a fried egg. I ate it all up. Then fed the animals and I fed the chickens by hand!
Then Ae gave us some baby chicks only a few hours old. We named them Pepper and Nathaniel. He also gave us some fighting fish which are fish that can marry just by looking at each other!
Oscar came into the room in the morning and was now tucked up in the covers. Then after a fulfilling lunch we went to the boathouse there to make some papaya salad!
To make it you need some carrots, tomatoes, onions, fish sauce and vinegar.
Some papaya and
some sugar and nuts
and some chilies.
Some pandan leaves and some
eggs to make some square fried egg made from pandan leaf that was folded so it was square and then put on the fire. The papaya was sliced into strips so it was a bit like noodles.
Then we put everything into the pot and then crushed it all together except the pandan leafs and the eggs.
Then you are done and I thought it was delicious. They told us if you don't have any papaya then use a carrot instead. Then we fed the animals which were hungry before getting ready to go to the hot springs.
