We woke up and went downstairs to have the breakfast buffet. We decided to go to the Grand Palace today.
We took a boat across the river to the palace. When we arrived we were at the wrong entrance so we all walked 2 kilometres to the right gate! When we got there we went to see the Kings wat. There were lots of statues and paintings.
There were also a lot of chedis.
We had a look round and it was very interesting but sadly we couldn't go and see the Emerald Buddha because the prince was changing it.
We saw some soldiers standing guard and we took some pictures with them
None of them looked very happy.
We then left the Grand Palace to have some yummy pad thai. In the afternoon we caught the boat again to another place so we could walk to the British club .
We spent the rest of the afternoon there and I played in the pool and on the trampoline. It was fun we had dinner there before going back to our hotel.

It seems you are quite far behind on your blogging as this all happened a long time ago! Why such a long delay between all your blogs?
